The Planet Crafter is an action adventure game focusing on the survival aspect. The player takes on the role of an astronaut whose task is to conduct terraforming processes on an alien planet.

Set in science fiction realities, an MMO simulator developed by Crowd Control Productions from Iceland. The action of EVE Online takes place in a universe called New Eden, which consists of over 5,000 star systems. On the beginning of the adventure you create your own hero by choosing his/her e.g. face, past, and origin. At first you get just a small spaceship and some credits. Your mission is to explore remote places of the universe in order to complete various story missions given by NPCs.

Elite: Dangerous is set in the far future; after humanity had colonized countless star systems, the Universe is dominated by three superpowers: the Empire, the Federation, and the Alliance. Brave pilots seek easy money working beyond the territories controlled by these entities.

MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries is a mech simulator set in the Battletech universe and available exclusively on PC Windows. The game features only a single player mode, in which one assumes the role of a mercenary, who chooses missions to complete. Apart from victories, the player needs to make profits from the assignments.

A sandbox space simulator developed by Egosoft. It is the fourth full-fledged installment of the popular series X. Similarly to its predecessors, X4: Foundations focuses mostly on giving the players a freedom in how they want to play. At the beginning the player takes control of a cheap space ship with weak specifications. He is being thrown into the middle of an open galaxy.

A mech simulator and the next installment in a series originating from 1989. MechWarrior 5: Clans has us playing as a young pilot, taking part in a conflict known as the Clan Invasion.

Star Wolves 3: Civil War is the third installment of a series of space flight simulators developed by the Russian X-Bow Software studio. The player takes on the role of commander of the Star Wolves ship formation, wandering through a dangerous galaxy. In some markets the game was released in the form of an extension to an earlier version of the series.
