The 12th main installment of the Assassin's Creed series - TPP sandboxes, from 2018 representing the RPG action genre. In Ubisoft's game we travel around the open world (which makes the complex parkour system more attractive), we perform various tasks and eliminate hosts of opponents. We gain experience points for our activities and advance to the next levels, thanks to which the combat potential of our character increases with time.
Mount & Blade: Warband - Viking Conquest

The second DLC expansion for Mount & Blade: Warband - an action-RPG sandbox game. Viking Conquest is set in Britain and Scandinavia, focusing on the conquests of the titular Vikings. Similar to the previous, "Napoleonic" expansion, the creators were inspired by a fan-made modification Brytenwalda - they improved it with the help of its original creators.

Inspired by the Nordic mythology, a cRPG developed by the independent studio Stoic, whose members worked on, for example, Star Wars: The Old Republic. The action takes us to a world where fratricidal bloodshed between the gods led to chaos and wars. This is an "on the road" type of story, divided into two main plot branches, telling the stories of two Viking parties trying to escape from the threat posed by a mysterious, stone-like race called the Dredge, born as the result of gods’ experiments.

The Banner Saga 3 is the third game of the turn-based strategy games series with RPG elements, developed by Stoic and inspired by Viking culture and beliefs. The plot continues the story from the previous games of the series. Once again, we lead a caravan of brave warriors who, in the face of the impending end of the world, have to defeat evil once and for all. When it comes to gameplay mechanics, not much has changed. The game is still a turn-based strategy with RPG elements.
Vikings: Wolves of Midgard

A hack-and-slash role-playing game set in a world inspired by Norse myths, developed by Games Farm and Kalypso Media. The protagonist is Ulfung, a Viking clan chieftain, whose village is completely destroyed, while he becomes the leader of the surviving warriors in their quest to try to save Midgard from Ragnarok. Mechanics-wise, the game is clearly inspired by the popular Diablo series.

Land of Britain is an MMORPG set in a magical land inspired by the medieval Britain and legends of that period. The island is divided into three big kingdoms: Avalon based on Arthurian legends, Norse-inspired Norsengard, and Talmahria inspired by the oldest Celtic tales. Each kingdom has its own unique races and classes. All of them are at war with each other, but the incoming forces of evil will not bother themselves with such petty feuds between mortals.
