At the same time, the game is firmly grounded in Polish history and references important events such as the Battle of Warsaw.

Dungeons II (PS4)
Dungeons II (PS4)

Strategy 24 May 2016

A continuation of the original strategy game from 2011, inspired by the Bullfrog's cult classic Dungeon Keeper. In this production from Realmforge, we once again assume the role of a dark lord who rules underground dungeons. This time, however, his ambitions go much further. Apart from defending his realm, his goal is also to attack human settlements and castles that can be found on the surface. Therefore, the gameplay of Dungeons 2 takes place on two levels. The economic part focuses around raw materials acquisition, dungeon development, researching new technologies, and training monsters. Once the player emerges on the surface, the game turns into a classic RTS, in which we lead an army of horrific creatures to plunder and wreak havoc in human settlements. The game is characterized by a rather humorous approach, making fun of numerous, hackneyed patterns of the fantasy genre. In addition to the typical single-player campaign, the game also features a multiplayer mode for up to 4 people.

Battle Islands: Commanders (PS4)
Battle Islands: Commanders (PS4)

Strategy 14 February 2017

A simplistic RTS game focusing on quick multiplayer duels and using a free-to-play business model. Battle Islands: Commanders was created by the experienced DR Studios, and the game extends the formula of 2013's Battle Islands. The game simplifies the traditional RTS mechanics, still enrching them with elements borrowed from card games and tower defense titles. Each duel is fought using the cards one has in their deck, which can be modified to one's liking. New cards can be found in chests received for victories in duels. Cards of the same kind can be combined together to improve the firepower and durability of one's tanks and other units. Contrary to the classic RTS games, the player cannot control particular units manually here - the player only chooses when and where to place a unit and the rest is done automatically, as the subordinates simply join the battle. Placing different units on the battlefield should be done with caution however, as sending a tank to a zone where the enemy has already placed a soldier with a rocket launcher will have catastrophic consequences.
