Yonder: The Cloud Catcher is a fantasy action game developed by a novice Australian studio Prideful Sloth. The game takes place on a magical island Gamea and we play as a kid that was sent there by his, or hers, parents. We soon realize that our new home is not the paradise we thought it was and was overtaken by dark forces. Our task is to save Gamea. As we play, we will explore the open world of Gamea, collect various items, solve riddles, and fight with the encountered enemies. Friendly spirits that can dissipate the darkness will aid us in our adventures. The game's main story and side quests are diversified by the many additional activities, like planting and gathering crops, fishing, brewing, cooking, or crafting. As we progress, we will gather more and more resources, finding allies whose help in the war against the darkness will be essential.
Farming Simulator 17 (PS4)

Farming Simulator 17 is another installment in the series of simulators of farm. This time, the game was published by Focus Home Interactive, but the development was still carried out by GIANTS Software, known from the previous parts of this series. The mechanics remain unchanged - the players become farmers, who need to take good care of their establishment. During the game, much attention has to be paid to the economic side of the management - the right equipment needs to be purchased, used for sawing, gathering crops, and moving the goods around. Traditionally, the player can control many different machines, all with official licenses from real manufacturers, and personally take care of various tasks in the field. The new installment obviously introduces some changes and novelties. Contrary to previous games, Farming Simulator 17 was released on PC, XONE and PS4 simultaneously.
Pure Farming 18: The Simulator (PS4)

An advanced farming simulator developed by Techland in cooperation with the independent studio Ice Flames. Similarly as in other games in the genre, in Pure Farming 17: The Simulator the player assumes the role of a farmer who must maintain his farm. The task requires him to perform various field activities like planting and watering seeds, gathering crops and selling them. Funds obtained in that way can be used for improving the farm and buying new vehicles and farming machines. The game offers many innovative solutions and mechanics that were previously unavailable in other games in the genre.
Stardew Valley (PS4)

The debut production from the independent studio Concerned Ape. It is a sandbox RPG that focuses on the life of a farmer. Stardew Valley takes place in a fantasy realm filled with magic, where the player becomes a young farmer whose ambition is to transform his small field into a giant farm generating great profits. The main task of the player is to plant plants, gather the crops and expand the farm with new infrastructure and agricultural products. In order to be more interesting, the game also feature some RPG elements. One can also take active role in the life of the nearby village – make friendships and interact with the inhabitants of the settlement. This unlocks new challenges and earning opportunities for the player. As the game progress, the protagonist gains experience and learns new skills such as farming, mining, fishing, or animal feeding. One can also get married and have children in this randomly generated world.
Farming Simulator 15 (PS4)

The sixth major installment in the popular farming simulation game series. The franchise makes a comeback to key gaming platforms after a year off, when only smartphone and portable editions were released. The developer, GIANTS Software, prepared another portion of innovations to enhance gameplay. The game lets you play in a new environment (Scandinavian), characterized by different landscape, weather conditions, and vast forests. This time players can cut down trees using specially designed, licensed machines. There is also a car wash, allowing you to keep your vehicles clean. Overall, the gameplay mechanics remained unchanged; as usual, your task is to manage a farm and expand it using the money earned from breeding animals and cultivating land. The sixth installment introduced the series to the eight generation consoles, bringing about significant visual improvements.
Harvest Moon: Light of Hope (PS4)
Harvest Moon: Light of Hope is another installment of the popular game series that blends elements of JRPGs, adventure games, and farming simulators. It was developed by the Japanese studio Natsume that got the rights to the Harvest Moon franchise in 2014. In comparison with the previous games of the series, Light of Hope has a more complex scenario wtih clearly stated goals. We play as a sailor whose ship wrecked on a small island. Seeing that the island's port town was destoryed by a hurricane, our protagonist decides to help it citizens to rebuild. As we play, we will farm, rear farm animals, and rebuild various buildings. Our ultimate goal is the restoration of a Light House that towers above the island. We will be able to make friends with the islanders and even start our own family.
Professional Farmer 2017 (PS4)

Another installment in the popular farming simulator series, also known as Agrar Simulator. The general gameplay mechanics remain the same, while the game is still divided into simulation and economic parts. In the former, we personally engage in various farming activities, such as field reclamation, animal breeding, crop production, planting trees, and harvesting, using a wide variety of agricultural machines. The money we earn is invested into development of our farm, namely: expanding its infrastructure, hiring employees, and purchasing additional equipment. The realistically modeled calendar of farming work as well as occasionally occurring random problems and obstacles play important roles in the game. In addition, the visuals were enhanced, especially since Professional Farmer 2016 is the first installment of the series to be released on consoles.
Farming Simulator 17: Big Bud DLC (PS4)

Farming Simulator 17: Big Bud DLC is an expansion to Farming Simulator 17 developed by the creators of the original game, GIANTS Software. Big Bud DLC requires the base game to be playable. This add-on introduces new agricultural machines like the two enormous tractors: Big Bud 450 and even bigger Big Bud 747. The latter one, designed in 1977, is over eight meters long, six meters wide, weights over fifty tons, and has over 900 horsepower. Unlike Big Bud 450, the 747 one is no longer used and the only 747 tractor ever built is at display at the Heartland museum. Due to their size and weight, both machines have a different 'driving feel' than the ones from the base game. In addition to these two colossal machines, Big Bud DLC introduces a couple of other tractors, spreaders, and ploughs that we can use to make our job on the farm easier.
Farming Simulator 15: Gold (PS4)

A complete edition of 2014's Farming Simulator 15, featuring the Official Expansion DLC and developed by GIANTS Software. As usual, the player's main tasks here are to sow fields, breed animals and buy gradually better equipment for money earned from selling crops and other goods. The game offers three different environments with different climatic conditions: one is a Central European location, the second was inspired by Scandinavian landscapes, and the last resembles Eastern Europe (this one was introduced in the Official Expansion DLC). What is new in Farming Simulator 15, is an opportunity to manage forests - adequate equipment was added for wood cutting, processing, and transportation. Also, the game brings new machines from real-life companies, such as New Holland, Ponsse, Zetor, Tatra, Rostselmash or Farmtech. Farming Simulator 15: Gold offers both a solo experience and a multiplayer component for up to 16 players connected either via the Internet or LAN.
