Xbox One is the 8th generation console and the third in the Xbox family from Microsoft (a successor to Xbox 360). It was released on November 22nd, 2013, initially only in 13 countries over the world. Another 26 markets received XOne officially on September 5th, 2014. Just like its biggest rival from Sony (PlayStation 4), the console is based on components from AMD – 8-core Jaguar CPU and 1,23 teraflops GPU.

The developers prepared an extensive campaign that lets us take part in the most famous riots of the recent years either as the protesting crowd or the police that try to restore order.

The debut production of the independent studio Fiddlesick, combining elements of platformer and logic game. While playing, we assume the role of the eponymous hero whose task is to find his lost mother. The path to his goal is a bumpy one because his mother, a lady scientist who deals with color research, got lost somewhere in a monochromatic world. In the game, we traverse vast, single-colored maps, avoiding various obstacles and solving puzzles based mostly on color manipulation.

During the game, you explore a grim castle, whose elements (such as chambers, cloisters, and sewers) are procedurally generated. Given the permadeath system, it means that each new gameplay is a fresh experience, during which you can discover new parts of the fortress. An important aspect of Dead Cells is combat, which is very difficult.

The protagonist explores locations filled with traps and enemies as he runs, jumps, and shoots with a gun.
