Heroes of Might & Magic III: HD Edition (AND)
Strategy 29 January 2015
A remastered edition of one of the most well-received installments of the legendary Heroes of Might & Magic series, created for the 15th anniversary of the game's original release and the 20th anniversary of the franchise. It was commissioned by Ubisoft and developed by DotEmu, known e.g. from the remake of the cult platform game Another World. The contents of the HD edition are the same as the base game (no expansions included) and consist of 7 story campaigns (about 50 maps in total), a skirmish mode and a functional editor. Compared to the original, the key changes are the upgraded wide-screen-compatible HD visuals. The graphics are now sharper and more clear-cut, which is the result of reprogramming over 25,000 elements and models. The multiplayer mode has also been upgraded, both in the local “hotseat” mode and the online one. Also, for the first time ever, a version for mobile devices was created.
FNAF World (AND)
A spin-off entry in the popular horror series, Five Nights at Freddy’s, created by independent developer Scott Cawthon. Unlike full-scale games from the series, FNAF World hits much more joyful tones and belongs to a different genre altogether – it is an RPG game, inspired by productions like Final Fantasy, in which we side with the deadly toys featured in previous titles and help them in their fight against mechanical creatures. The gameplay focuses on exploration of the eponymous realm and turn-based battles. We can recruit all the toys from Five Nights at Freddy’s universe to our team, each of them having unique attacks and special abilities. There is also an option of activating their alternative forms to modify their behavior, strength, and abilities. The game is presented in colorful, fabulous visuals and features humorous animations.

We will also have to find a way to deal with the constant shortages of gas, ammunition, and supplies, but monsters that hunt their prey with their hearing are the biggest threat we will have to face. During each turn we will have the opportunity to give orders like moving, starting a campfire, resting, looting the area, and fighting.
XCOM: Enemy Unknown (AND)
Strategy 23 April 2014
A science-fiction turn-based strategy game that came out as a reboot of the cult series, UFO: Enemy Unknown, launched back in 1994 by Microprose. This new title was created by Firaxis Games, a studio founded by Sid Meier. The story of XCOM: Enemy Unknown does not follow any of the plotlines started by its predecessors. Instead, it tells a new story of the war between humans and an aggressive alien race. In order to protect our planet from the invaders a special organization called X-COM was created, with you as its commander throughout the game. The gameplay features two main aspects. In the strategic mode you plan your next move, complete research and develop technology, as well as manufacture gear and weapons – all this in real time. When it comes to skirmishes with the aliens, combat is turn-based. Most missions are procedurally generated, which relates to greater replayability. Battles are presented in full 3D, and the game’s engine allows for full destruction of environment.
Dungeon Rushers (AND)

Our team will consist of a shaman, an archeress, a warlike dwarf and a bard. Gameplay comes down to exploring and fighting enemies as we travel through two-dimensional map. When we meet hostile creatures, we are taken on the battlefield and engage in turn-based combat, which requires proper positioning of our fighters and wise use of their abilities. We also find many items, including weaponry, and there are crafting and trading systems. Aside from single player campaign, Dungeon Rushers offers a multiplayer mode to fight against other players.

Just like the previous games, Galaxy of Pen & Paper simulates tabletop RPG sessions by reenacting the players and game master's behaviour and the events of the campaign they are playing. Unlike its predecessors, the game uses a science fiction setting. Virtual players and their characters explore the galaxy, do quests, and take part in turn-based battles. They will have to face not only small groups of enemies, but also whole squadrons of space ships. During their adventures, both the virtual players and their characters will level up, increase their stats, and gain access to new abilities. Players will also be able to modify and upgrade their space ships. Galaxy of Paper & Paper has oldschool, pixelart visuals.
Fire Emblem Heroes (AND)
RPG 02 February 2017
Fire Emblem Heroes is a fantasy-based, tactical RPG game. This is the first installment of the Nintendo's popular game series that was released on mobile platforms. The game takes place in a land divided between two opposing nations: striving for world domination Emblian Empire, and the Kingdom of Askran, bent on stopping the former. The players take the role of an Askran mage whose mission is to save the kingdom. Our protagonist can summon heroes from various games in the series, and our enemy is capable of doing the same. Turn-based battles, based on a simple gesture system, are at the gameplay's core. Smart usage of the summoned heroes' abilities, and taking advantage of the landform and the surroundings, are the key elements in achieving victory. Like every proper RPG, Fire Emblem Heroes has a functional character progression system.
A turn-based strategy set in the Victorian age, created by an independent developer, Tim Conkling. It takes us to a somewhat grotesque version of a British town, based on Charles Dickens’ descriptions, with us playing as a leader of the local thieves’ guild, whose task is to develop his organization and fill its vaults with gold. To achieve this, we must recruit new members to our gang, train them and send on missions like stick-ups, mugging, and assassinations. Infiltrating banks, factories, and other influential institutions is crucial to our success, in addition to building useful structures and researching new technologies – all of this without going broke of course. Antihero offers a huge freedom at expanding our criminal empire. Depending on our preferences, we can concentrate on more discreet activities or turn our organization into a full-fledged assassin’s guild.
7 Mages (AND)
RPG 14 March 2016
An old-school RPG with plot that was inspired by the Akira Kurosawa's classic movie Seven Samurai and its American remake, The Magnificent Seven. The action is set in a fantasy world on the island of Roven, where the inhabitants have been terrorized by ruthless bandits for a long time — they steal, burn down houses, and even commit murder. The desperate islanders hire a group of seven coldblooded mages to deal with the villains. The gameplay mechanics of 7 Mages are inspired by classical dungeon crawlers. In the game, we control a 7-member party of heroes with varied magical abilities. The on-screen events are viewed from the first-person perspective. Occasionally, we will also have to solve logic puzzles. The above is complemented by an old-school tile-by-tile movement with the ability to turn by 90 degrees only and a tactically rich turn-based combat system.

While the previous Civilization Revolution was created mainly for the more popular home consoles, Revolution 2 was developed specifically for mobile device and PlayStation Vita owners. Similar to the previous installments, the game casts the player in the role of a leader in control of a civilization of their choice. The player's goal is to achieve global domination. The game begins in ancient times, with the player having little resources and few territories. Over time, the player develops technology, expands towns, recruits armies and obtains new territories - lands conquered have to be governed appropriately as well. Civilization Revolution 2 offers additional units, technologies, buildings, wonders, as well as previously unavailable leaders. What is also new, is the scenario mode, allowing the player to participate in various historical events, such as famous battles. The game offers three-dimensional visuals.
