Darkest Dungeon (iOS)
A dark fantasy cRPG developed by debuting studio Red Hook. The story is set in a dark, medieval-like universe. While exploring ruins of an old castle and its dungeons, you face off against forces of darkness that overwhelmed the land because of the reckless actions of its previous sovereign. As you delve into the depths, you discover the dark history of a family who brought the evil upon the world. The gameplay focuses on dungeon crawling - dungeons filled with traps and crawling with monsters that need to be dealt with during turn-based combat sequences. An original idea is the sanity indicator of your heroes. Each team member has different personality and reacts differently to what is happening around him/her. Therefore, while playing you should keep an eye on their well being and fear levels, alleviating their stress by drinking alcohol or brawling, if needed.
Albion Online (iOS)
RPG 13 July 2017

Apart from typical RPG story missions, an essential part of Albion Online are duels between players in PvP mode. The game’s world is split into 800 territories that can be conquered by players’ guilds, seeking valuable resources. Real-time combat uses mechanics typical of hack-and-slash games. Torchlight Mobile (iOS)
Developed by Fedeen Games, Torchlight Mobile is a spin-off to a popular hack-and-slash game series. The title was developed from scratch with mobile devices in mind, and thus it is not a simple conversion of any of the previous installments. Torchlight Mobile invites you into a classic fantasy universe, as it stands on the brink of destruction at the hands of servants of darkness. Obviously, the task of defeating the evil forces and saving the world falls down on the player. You can pick any of the four playable character classes: Berserker, Engineer, Outlander, and Embermage, each one representing a completely different profession and requiring different play style. In a typical action RPG manner, the gameplay boils down to fighting hordes of monsters, developing your character’s skills, and upgradeing their equipment, e.g. by combining several weaker items into one more powerful. Torchlight Mobile features slightly cartoonish artworks, characteristic of the core games in the series.

An action game set in the world of pirates. Created by Miroslaw Dymek, a legendary Polish game maker responsible for series such as Earth 21XX or Polanie. Between the missions, the player can make improvements to their fleet, choosing from sixteen diversified classes of ships, upgraded alongside their progress in the game. In Nexomon, you traverse a world divided into 10 regions, visit shops, talk to NPCs, and complete a variety of quests. Like in the Pokemon series, an important factor is catching the defeated creatures, which join your collection. The battles are turn-based, and in combat you mostly choose the right attacks against the opponents and activate various special items. Living on one’s own is possible, albeit tough, considering numerous dangers and enemies that we may encounter - we can join one of growth-oriented player communities, living together in real time. Our goal is survival, which means searching for resources, growing food, creating necessary items, or even constructing various buildings. Moreover, groups of players can engage in big game hunting or PvP combat.

Thus e.g. the grandfather's achievements can inspire his children or grandchildren to choose a similar career path.
A turn-based strategy set in the Victorian age, created by an independent developer, Tim Conkling. It takes us to a somewhat grotesque version of a British town, based on Charles Dickens’ descriptions, with us playing as a leader of the local thieves’ guild, whose task is to develop his organization and fill its vaults with gold. To achieve this, we must recruit new members to our gang, train them and send on missions like stick-ups, mugging, and assassinations. Infiltrating banks, factories, and other influential institutions is crucial to our success, in addition to building useful structures and researching new technologies – all of this without going broke of course. Antihero offers a huge freedom at expanding our criminal empire. Depending on our preferences, we can concentrate on more discreet activities or turn our organization into a full-fledged assassin’s guild.

The action of Shadowgun: Legends takes place in the future, and we assume the role of spec ops soldiers whose task is to save the galaxy from an alien invasion. Contrary to its predecessor, the game is a first-person shooter with RPG elements which isn’t very different from other mobile FPSs. The production can be played both in single- and multiplayer mode. Starting out, we possess weak equipment and weapons. With time and subsequently completed missions, we gain experience and funds that let us buy various enhancements.
