Dragon Ball Z for Kinect

A first-person action game developed by Spike with Xbox 360 and the Kinect motion controller in mind. The player is taken to a fantasy world created by Akira Toriyama where they have to face fighters from the Dragon Ball series. There are over 50 famous heroes at our disposal as well as an advanced creator that lets us design our own warrior. Dragon Ball Z for Kinect offers two game modes: Story Mode is a classical story campaign in which we experience the plot in film cutscenes that are played between subsequent duels, while Score Attack allows us to fight a battle with the aim of scoring as many points as possible. The distinguishing feature of the title is its original control system—we control our avatar with our own body’s motion, and this is how we perform over a hundred of attacks and combos. The most notable of them is obviously the iconic kamehameha. The production is characterized by high-quality graphics inspired by the manga original.

The development was entrusted to a team at Spike, the creators of such games as Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi.

Plot
