Fire Emblem: Awakening for Nintendo 3DS, developed by Intelligent systems, is the eleventh entry in the Fire Emblem series, and the first to be developed for the Nintendo 3DS. In contrast to the previous installments in the franchise, the game is not a remake but an entirely new chapter in the history of the franchise.
The story of Fire Emblem: Awakening for Nintendo 3DS takes place 2000 years after the events of the original Fire Emblem and Fire Emblem Gaiden, focusing on a group of soldiers from the kingdom of Ylisse. The player controls a customized character suffering from amnesia, taken in by Chrom, the prince of Ylisse, and his personal army. Over the course of the story, the player aids Chrom's army in defending Ylisse from monsters called the Risen, and attacks from the hostile nation of Plegia.
Fire Emblem: Awakening for Nintendo 3DS, like every other title in the series, is a tactical RPG with a turn-based combat system. The gameplay focuses on tactical movement of a small party of characters across a battlefield and fighting enemy units. Using their special abilities and taking advantage of such things like lay of the land are some of the key elements leading to victory.
Like every other RPG, Awakening allows us to level up our characters, increase their skills, and learn new abilities. Other features include the ability to build relationships between the characters to improve their abilities, adjustable difficulty levels, a mode that disables the permanent death of characters, and multiple camera perspectives in battle.
When we are not fighting, we can explore the game’s world, visit towns, and do numerous side quests. Additionally, there are many various dungeons for us to explore.
Fire Emblem: Awakening for Nintendo 3DS offers 3D visuals, and its plot was enriched by the animated cutscenes,
