MVP Baseball 2003 is a game developed by EA Sports, addressed to fans of one of the most popular disciplines on the American continent, namely baseball. The game offers a large range of moves, very realistically reflecting television broadcasts. Specially designed interface allows for a convenient selection of the impact force and ball throw, as well as the balance of the player's body, spectacular lunges and realistic running when capturing subsequent bases.

The devs paid special attention to the faithful representation of the pitchers. With advanced graphics and comfortable cameras, the game presents itself as a realistic baseball simulator. In addition to engaging pitches, MVP Baseball 2003 also offers a wide range of management options in the Franchise mode. These include, inter alia, transfers of players, contracts and choosing line-ups. Each player has individual skills and physical capabilities (a total of 20 stats that characterize them), which makes it necessary to choose players according to the expected strategy of the opponent.

The developers were advised by such stars as Torii Hunter (Minnesota Twins), Trot Nixon (Boston Red Sox), Todd Pratt (Philadelphia Phillies), Eric Chavez and Tim Hudson (Oakland Athletics). The games re commented on by Duane Kuiper and Mike Krukow. The game has all licenses for the names and teams of the 2003 season.
