Bust-A-Move 3000 is another game from the very popular product series. These are titles that combine elements of a logical game and a simple arcade. It is worth mentioning here that Bust-A-Move 3000 is the only game in the series that was decided to be prepared for the owners of the Nintendo Gamecube console. In addition, this game is very clearly modelled on Super Bust-A-Move, a game released on PlayStation 2 a few years earlier.

The player's task, just like in the original, is to select the balls of the same color. The Bust-A-Move rules are extremely simple, yet at the same time reminiscent of the popular Tetris. At the bottom of the screen there is a small launcher that can be used to shoot the balls mentioned above. They are then collected at the top edge of the screen. The player's task is to collect at least three balls of the same color next to each other so that they can disappear from the board. If you make mistakes, you must of course take into account the fact that the balls will take the wrong places, thus blocking a large part of the board. At the same time, the game rewards quick decision making. There is not much time to shoot the ball in the right place.

As with Super Bust-A-Move, you can choose between three basic play modes. The main game mode is based on playing alone. So we start more and more difficult duels, trying to match the balls served to the launcher. In a duel organized with a computer, the player who manages to stay on the board for a longer time wins. The third mode has very similar rules, but instead of a computer opponent we can face a living person. The screen is then divided into two equal parts. The visual setting of the game is definitely not one of the strong points of the Bust-A-Move 3000. The competition is conducted in a two-dimensional, poorly presented environment.
