A web-based MMO role-playing game based on the popular manga universe created by Masashi Kishimoto. Naruto Online was developed jointly by Chinese studio More Fun and the CyberConnect 2 team, also known from the majority of the stand-alone games in the franchise. The game takes place in the world, where elements of the medieval Japan are combined with modern technology, and you play as ninja warriors, who represent selected villages from this universe. Apart from the perfect training, specialist equipment, and unique combat techniques, they all share the ability of using the so-called chakra energy to use special attacks. The mechanics are typical for Asian MMORPG productions, allowing you to play on your own in the PvE mode, where you do a series of story quests, while the visuals are based on those of other Naruto games and comics.
League of Angels II (WWW)

A sequel to the browser MMORPG game League of Angels. Similarly as the first installment, the sequel is a free-to-play game with microtransactions. League of Angels II invites the players to a fantasy world in which a constant fight against the forces of evil takes place. Combat in the game is turn-based and can be fully automated, allowing the team of a few persons to perform attacks and special attacks on their own. Selection of characters, their equipment and development is an important aspect of the game, as is adapting tactics and positions of team members to the situation at hand. New characters are obtained in League of Angels II as rewards but they can be also bought for real money. The game offers many gameplay modes. Despite the fact that it is a MMORPG title, it offers the possibility to play alone, for example in the Arena mode in which one fights for points that enable the player to buy items. It is also possible to creature guilds and fight against other players. League of Angels II offers three-dimensional graphics with style that is similar to one used in Japanese RPGs.
Game of Thrones: Seven Kingdoms (WWW)
A browser MMORPG developed by Bigpoint in cooperation with the experienced Norwegian studio Artplant. The game is based on the fantasy novel A Song of Ice and Fire written by George R.R. Martin. Game of Thrones: Seven Kingdoms is set in the same time frame as the first volume of the books and it focuses on the conflict between the houses Lannister, Baratheon and Stark, who all want to have their own man as the king’s governor. In the game the player isn’t a member of any of these houses. Instead, he belongs to one of the lesser houses and he can decide which side of the conflict he will join. The game focuses mostly on PvP mode in which the player fights other players. The combat system is very action based – reflex and a good tactical sense are required for victory. Later in the game the player also participates in giant battles and sieges of strongholds, the conquering of which provides access to resources and tax income.
Nyrthos is a browser action RPG inspired by the fan-favourite Diablo series and developed by the independent Czech studio BeerDeer. The game takes place in a fantasy world that is on the brink of war with the armies of darkness. We play as a hero who tries to stop the invasion of evil. Our character can use swords and magic in combat. With time and experience, we will level up his abilities and upgrade his equipment. As in many similar games, we will also explore dungeons in search for treasures. The world of Nyrthos constantly changes under the influence of our actions. New locations, quests, and enemies will appear in the game as we play. When we are not busy adventuring, we can buy an estate or create our own village and manage it. In addition to the single player campaign, Nyrthos offers an Arena Mode where heroes fight with hordes of enemies for additional Honor points and higher online ranks.

Ragnarok Journey is a browser MMORPG developed by Gravity Interactive, being heavily inspired by Ragnarok Online. The game takes us to a fantasy world inspired by Norse mythology. We learn the story by doing quests and talking to various NPCs. In terms of gameplay mechanics Ragnarok Journey is a typical MMORPG, where, after we create our character, we explore the game's vast world, do quests, collect items and equipment, and develop our hero. We can level up manually or leave that element to the game's A.I. Combat is an inseparable element of the game. We will face many various opponents against whom we can use range weapons, cold-steel weapons, and magic. We can create our own guilds and do quests with other players.

A web browser MMORPG based on the free-to-play business model. In the game developed by the Turkish Sala Game, a player gets to explore a diversified and colorful fantasy world with multiple locations. Particular lands are densely filled with numerous activities allowing players to familiarize themselves with the universe as well as continue with the story and gain the experience necessary to develop their characters and their abilities. The developers decided to implement peculiar mechanics into their game - apart from the free exploration and completing quests, a player can enjoy additional modes featuring e.g. The Crypt (eliminating consecutive enemy waves), Treasure Hunt (digging up precious items), Hero Trial (fighting a powerful boss), and Arena (PvP battles). In battles, a player can count on the companions he recruits on his journey. Combat itself is turn-based allowing a player to mount melee attacks, shoot firearms, as well as cast both offensive and defensive spells. The game allows one to establish guilds and even get married in the virtual world, which unlocks useful bonuses.

Darken Age: The Awakening of the Forgotten is a free-to-play browser MMORPG set in a fantasy world and developed by Polish studio Dark Workshop. The game takes place in a fantasy world of Acheron. Dark Workshop decided not to use your typical fantasy races and created their own original species. Story focuses on the invasion of an army of demons and mutants known as the Legion. Threatened by the evil forces, intelligent races of Acheron form an Alliance and send a special expedition to the source of evil, the island of Tamrel. We take the role of one of the members of that expedition. As in every proper MMORPG, we explore, fight, and do numerous quests. Our hero gets stronger and stronger as we play, gaining access to more powerful skills and equipment. Darken Age: The Awakening of the Forgotten also has an interesting crafting system that requires the players to cooperate. The game has optional microtransactions.
