Creators of Dunk Lords were inspired by unusual sports games from the previous century, mainly the NBA Jam series. Instead of regular basketball matches, we receive a spectacular and quite brutal game, in which two teams of five players use supernatural powers. We can choose from sixteen diversified players (both humans and strange mutants), each with unique talents.

A sports arcade game from the developers of popular MMO title EVE Online, intended for virtual reality devices. Sparc lets us take part in the eponymous sports discipline resembling the classic game of dodgeball. The players take static positions at the opposing ends of a long hallway and try to hit the opponent with the ball using motion controllers. Being stuck in one place doesn’t mean we can’t dodge by moving our body.

Developed by Digital Dreams Entertainment, Mutant Football League is a spiritual successor to a 1993 game under the same title released on Sega Mega Drive. The nuclear war, which took place years before the events presented in the game, has led to the extinction of the majority of human population. To make things even worse, the cataclysm has caused dead bodies to rise from their graves, demons to leave their underground lairs, and living creatures to mutate.

Arena: Cyber Evolution is a futuristic sports game reminiscent of a mixture of handball and cymbergaja. Players play the so-called runners and participate in special matches 3 vs. 3. The task of each team is to score as many goals as possible.

Speedball 2 HD is a Polish remake of Speedball 2 from 1990, as well as a PC conversion of Speedball 2: Evolution, produced two years earlier for PSP and mobile devices. We take part in a brutal futuristic sport known as speedball, trying to bring the selected team to victory in the intergalactic league of champions.

A turn-based strategy game from the creators of Frozen Synapse. Frozen Cortex is set in the distant future, in which the most popular sport is a futuristic version of American football featuring robot players. During you turn, you plan the moves of your whole team, and then you watch them executed during action sequences, which last several seconds each. Thanks to this system, unlike in other sports games, the gameplay does not focus on reacting to your opponent's moves, but on predicting them.
