Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2 utilizes the same formulas as its predecessor by combining the elements of all the series of the DB anime (Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball Super), as well as those from the movies.

Dragon Ball FigtherZ is a 2.5D fighting game developed by Arc System Works and published by Bandai Namco where characters from the popular Dragon Ball universe fight each other. Unlike the previous Dragon Ball games, FighterZ uses the Tag Battle mechanics. We create a team of three different characters between which we can switch anytime we want to when fighting. Doing so allows us to execute powerful combos and special attacks. The battle ends when all of our characters have zero health points.

Fighting canceled

Game based on the film Guillermo del Toro with the same title. Pacific Rim focuses on the battles between huge robots controlled by humans and gigantic monsters called Kaiju.

Another installment in the popular series of fighting games developed by Arc System Works. The story was divided into three chapters and it tells about the further adventures of characters known from the previous entries in the series. There are also new characters like Hibiki Kohaku, Naoto Kurogane and Hades Izanami. The gameplay is faithful to the roots of the series – BlazBlue: Central Fiction focuses on duels fought in two-dimensional environment.

A Japanese fighting game from the popular Guilty Gear series, originally started in 1998. The game was co-developed by Arc System Works and Daisuke Ishiwatari who has not only directed the game’s development, but also composed the soundtrack for the title. Guilty Gear Xrd –Revelator- is an extended edition of Guilty Gear Xrd –SIGN-. The improvements change the game’s balance and fix some of the bugs.

BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle is a classic representative of the fighting games genre. It was developed by Arc System Works. The game is a 2.5D fighting game – it means that gameplay mechanics are fully two-dimensional despite the fact that locations are made in 3D. Tag system is the heart of the game. The player chooses two characters before the battle. They can control only one of them simultaneously but can also switch between them during the fight.

A fighting game in which players get into a world of war-torn people and robots and take part in fast and spectacular battles in the arena. Metal Revolution stands out from many other productions of this type thanks to its simplified control system and easy to learn combo system.

The action of the game takes place in year 2187, when a female warrior named Ramlethal, who leads creatures called Valentine, declares war against humanity. The campaign of the game consists of chapters focused on various characters and the cutscenes between the fights are similar to visual novels.

After a few years of silence, here comes yet another installment in the popular fighting series Guilty Gear developed by Arc System Works. The game’s biggest feature is the use of Unreal Engine which supports 1080p, along with 3D backgrounds and 3D character models. The latter, implemented as a modified cel-shading style, strongly resembles original, two-dimensional sprites.

A free-to-play science-fiction fighting game, created by Radiant Entertainment (including Seth Killian who used to work for Capcom and was one of the main designers of Street Fighter IV). In Rising Thunder you control mighty battle robots with various skills. The gameplay was designed primarily for online matches but the game offers also an option to practice with AI. During combat your reflexes and good tactics are key factors which decide who's going to win.
