A third-person action game focusing on cooperative gameplay. It was developed by the Polish division of Epic Games (formerly known as People Can Fly). The action of Fortnite takes place in a world haunted by zombie-like demons. The players assume the role of operators whose task is to stop the monsters that invade the Earth through a network of portals. The gameplay is divided into two phases — during the day, we have to build a stronghold that repels demon attacks at night. The gameplay mostly involves searching for materials, constructing fortifications, and fighting enemies. The game is distributed in free-to-play business model, offering some additional facilities for optional fee.

A free-to-play MMO flight simulator. It was developed by Gajin Entertainment, a Russian studio which previously created such titles as Wings of Prey, Birds of Steel, and Apache: Air Assault. The players assume the role of fighter pilots and can pilot hundreds of carefully recreated World War II aircrafts. The developers made sure that battlefield reality is faithfully reflected not only in the air, but also on the land (artillery, infantry) and at sea (navy). Progress allows us to upgrade our planes, buy new kinds of weapons as well as learn new piloting skills. War Thunder stands out from its competitors thanks to its high-quality visuals and realistic flight physics.

A stand-alone version of collective card game (CCG) that debuted in the bestselling RPG, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, by CD Project RED, and quickly became acknowledged as one of the best minigames in history. In Gwent: The Witcher Card Game players compete against each other with progressively collected decks of cards from five different factions. As in most CCG, the gameplay is turn-based, but quite unusually, the player’s objective is to gather more attack points than opponent. Cards are placed in three different rows, respectively for melee soldier, ranged units and siege machines like catapults. Our army’s strength can be both increased and decreased with special cards, unique skills of commanders or weather effects. Aside from complex multiplayer mode, the game also offers an episodic story campaign.

TERA is a fantasy MMORPG developed by Bluehole. During our adventures we play as members of the Valkyon Federation, an alliance of races inhabiting the game’s world. Our task is to protect it from various internal and external threats. The players have eight classes and six races to choose from. Among them we will find not only humans and elves, but also completely new races, created specially for the game. TERA is a third-person game set in a big, open world. Its economic and political structures are shaped by the players themselves. What makes TERA shine among other MMORPGs is the game's combat system. Effects of our attacks are based on our relative position against the enemy, which makes TERA more like an arcade game in terms of combat. That is why it is advisable to use a gamepad when playing.

The game is based on the popular Dungeons & Dragons RPG system and the story takes place in the Forgotten Realms universe. Dark forces have taken over a large area in the titular city. Called in by the Lord Protector, fearless heroes and adventurers arrive to face the evil beings. The gameplay focuses on cooperation of five players assembled into a party that traverses dungeons filled with different dangers. The mechanics combine elements of MMOs and action RPGs and are based on the rules of the fourth edition of Dungeons & Dragons. Neverwinter stands out with its simplicity-driven editor tools allowing for creation of numerous new adventures.

A co-op sci-fi shooter game developed by Digital Extremes, the creators of The Darkness II, Pariah, and Dark Sector. It's a free-to-play game with optional microtransactions. The story takes place in the far future, in the far region of the galaxy, where the Tenno race is fighting the Grineer empire. The chances of both sides become more balanced when the Tenno discover the ancient battle armors, giving their owners extraordinary offensive capabilities. You play as one of the armored cybernetic ninja warriors, wielding both a sword and firearms. The combat sequences are spectacular and dynamic. The players can team up and fight together against the AI-controlled Grineer forces. Warframe allows for upgrading and modifying both armors and weapons, but to get the upgrades, you have to do some dangerous tasks. The missions are randomly generated, which additionally enhances the fun.

The gameplay in World of Tanks combines elements of simulation, action shooter, strategy, and social features that let players join clans and communicate with others. The plot of Marvel Heroes focuses on the fight against Doctor Doom, who intends to shape the reality by using a dangerous device called Cosmic Cube. The player assumes the role of one of the fan favorite superheroes, such as Spider-Man, Captain America, Thor or members of the X-Men, and tries to stop the villain and his minions. In the game the player will explore familiar places from the comics and battle hordes of enemies. As the user progresses through the game, they can develop their character and equip him or her with more powerful items.
Paladins: Champions of the Realm (PS4)
A multiplayer-oriented first person action game developed by Hi-Rez. The action takes place in a slightly unusual fantasy world featuring advanced technology, including firearms and vehicles. Ironically, all of the technological advancements present here are powered by magic. The gameplay focuses on online battles between small groups of players controlling characters belonging to different available classes, each having distinctive weapons and four unique skills. The battles are very fast-paced in any of the several different game modes. The most important is the Siege, in which a great siege engine appears on the battlefield. Furthermore, the game diversifies the experience by adding elements of card games - the players can build card decks. The cards can provide a character with different bonuses, and three of them, selected at random, are available to use during a match.
A digitally distributed free-to-play MMO developed by Russian studio Gaijin Entertainment – creators of such titles as X-Blades, Wings of Prey, and War Thunder. Gameplay mechanics combines large-scale battles known from World of Tanks with post-apocalyptic setting inspired by the Mad Max movies. Crossout is set in a future world devastated by an alien invasion and genetic experiments. Players have to survive in this hostile environment and take part in rivalry of armored vehicles. When beginning the game, you get a simple jeep with a basic, mounted gun, but as you progress you can turn it into a massive monster truck – a mobile fortress that strikes fear in other players’ hearts. The game offers a variety of modifications, starting with different shapes of armor, weapons and side systems, through to esthetic additions.

Initially, the project was announced under the name of Lily Bergamo but in time changed its formula and was renamed to Let it Die. It is exclusive to PlayStation 4 and uses the free-to-play business model. The player assumes the role of a warrior who takes part in ruthless street fights against characters controlled by the AI or by other players. In combat, we use various weapons that range from saws, batons, machetes, and crossbows, to pistols and machine guns. The character we create has but his bare fists, but as we progress, we can acquire clothes and weapons. The process can be sped up with optional micropayments. The attack animations in Let it Die are grotesquely brutal and every blow is accompanied by a huge blood splash.

Players participate in matches between two three-member teams and control distinctive players that have their own tricks and prefer certain positions on a field. Of course, the key to success is to use their strong and weak points as well as taking care of their growth – by making progress in the game we can modify their appearance and options that allow us to upgrade their abilities. The core of 3on3FreeStyle is the multiplayer – besides online matches, in which each player controls only one person on a field and all players try to work as a team, we can also create an online team and face players from all over the world. There is also a simple single player mode – a training with players controlled by AI. This game's characteristic is its drawn, similar to manga, graphic style. It should be also mentioned that the game is released in free-to-play mode.

An MMO shooter game played from the first-person view and developed by a studio belonging to Sony Online Entertainment. The game debuted on PCs, but eventually it was also released for PlayStation 4. The game is set on the planet Auraxis, where colonists from Earth are fighting for territory, power and resources. The players reinforce the ranks of three factions (Terran Republic, New Conglomerate, Vanu Sovereignty). The action takes place on huge maps where thousands of players can meet - each map is filled with bases, bridgeheads, and other places of strategic importance. The size of the battlefield made it necessary to simplify movement. As a result, the players make use of teleports, vehicles, as well as a system of spawning automatically in places where the action is. As the player progresses, their character develops within the character class chosen earlier (each of those serves a purpose and can do their share for the faction not only through eliminating the enemies). PlanetSide 2 utilizes mechanics borrowed from modern-day FPS games. For instance, health partially regenerates in an automatic manner. The experience is complemented by high-quality visuals.

The story of Deep Down presents a future in which humanity created a technology that allows people to travel into the past written in artifacts. The players assume the role of a group of time-travelling heroes to hunt treasures and fight monsters. The gameplay is specifically designed to allows cooperation of up to four players. The built-in social features allow communication with friends, calling them to aid us, and item sharing. Deep Down boasts high quality graphics powered by the Panta Rhei engine. The game is free-to-play and offers optional facilities for a fee.

The title focuses on multiplayer, so once you pass the series of initial tests, you find yourself on the virtual battlefield where up to 32 players undertake missions, unlock new content, and earn military honors. America’s Army: Proving Grounds diligently recreates organizational structures of the U.S Army along with its code – breaking it negatively impacts your career. The title features faithfully-recreated tactics, weapons, and equipment used by the American Army. The realistic combat model takes into consideration such elements as, for example, the way breathing influences accuracy, which is also noteworthy.
Kingdom Under Fire II (PS4)
A fantasy real-time strategy with cRPG elements. Kingdom Under Fire II is set in a fantasy realm called Bersia, where three conflicted factions – Human Alliance (elves and humans), Dark Legion (orcs and ogres) and Encablossa (mutants and monsters) – wage a bloody war against one another. The player takes command of one of the conflicted sides and tries to turn the tide in their favor. While the Blueside’s production lets you play solo in a story-driven campaign, the game’s main asset is its expansive, MMO-inspired multiplayer mode, including such elements as e.g. social features.
A free-to-play two-dimensional platform fighting game from the independent studio Blue Mammoth Games – the creators of a browser MMO game Dungeon Blitz. The production combines elements of 2D fighting games and platformers. Gameplay comes down to engaging in combat on multi-level maps. The fighting system is purely arcade, so what really matters is speed, strength, mastery of combos, and the skillful use of individual abilities of particular characters. The game features dozens of fighters from different epochs and genres – knights, pirates, and even aliens. Each character has a different story and fighting style. Brawhalla features both a single player campaign and multiplayer for up to 8 players. Even though the game utilizes old-school 2D graphics, backgrounds and characters are displayed in high definition.

A simplistic RTS game focusing on quick multiplayer duels and employing free-to-play business model. Battle Islands: Commanders was created by the experienced DR Studios, and the game extends the formula of 2013's Battle Islands. The game simplifies the traditional RTS mechanics, but supplementing them with elements borrowed from card games and tower defense titles. Each duel is fought using the cards one has in their deck, which can be modified to one's liking. New cards can be found in chests received for victories. Cards of the same kind can be combined together to improve the firepower and durability of one's tanks and other units. Contrary to the classic RTS games, the player cannot control particular units manually - the player only chooses when and where to place a unit and the rest is done automatically, as the subordinates simply join the battle. Placing various units on the battlefield should be done with caution however, as sending a tank to a zone where the enemy has already placed a soldier with a rocket launcher will have catastrophic consequences.

The story is set in a fantasy world comprising of various mythological influences as well as original concepts of the creators. A great war between five powerful countries lies at the core of the game. The players are thrown in the midst of this conflict and have to pick a side. The gameplay consists of turn-based battles, during which the player takes control over a small squad recruited from among 300 characters with unique skills. The battlefields are covered with a square grid. In order to succeed, the player has to adopt adequate tactics, predict enemy moves and put their warriors to the best possible use. The battles are diversified with a wide variety of magical artifacts and an extensive system of spells. The game features retro-styled, colorful visuals.
