The second installment was created by a different developer – Platinum Games known for the Bayonetta series. Despite that, Tarou Yokou, the creator of the first game, retained his position as the director of the project. The game takes place in distant future in which Earth was destroyed due to war against deadly machines.

Like a Dragon: Ishin is a remake of the samurai spin-off of the Yakuza series. The game takes us to 19th century Japan and casts us in the role of a samurai searching for the murderer of his mentor. The game offers an open world, an arcade combat system and a rich set of mini-games.

Darksiders 3 is the third installment in the popular action-adventure game series where we control a super-powered protagonist and face the forces of our enemies. In previous games, developed by Vigil Games, we played as two horsemen of the Apocalypse, War and Death. Darksiders III was developed by Gunfire Games, a studio made of developers who previously worked for Vigil Games.

Darksiders Genesis is the prequel of the cycle, and its main characters are two Riders of the Apocalypse - War and Strife. The production was created by Airship Syndicate studio, which previously gained recognition with Battle Chasers: Nightwar RPG game.

A dynamic action game developed by French studio The Game Bakers. The title has a combat system based on Japanese hack-and-slash games. Furi takes place in an original fantasy realm and the player assumes the role of a warrior who tries to escape from a gigantic prison. Many guards are standing on his way and he must defeat them in order to obtain the keys to his freedom. The gameplay is focused on combat with the use of melee weapons and guns.

The game introduces a new protagonist called Nero, a member of the Holy Knights. Having witnessed his fellow Knights being slaughtered by Dante, known from the previous installments, and vows to take revenge on the murderer and learn why he became an enemy of the Order.

Another full-fledged installment in the popular series of third-person perspective action games with tactical features. The series is developed by the Japanese studio Omega Force. The story of Dynasty Warriors 9 is loosely based on the novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms that describes the Chinese civil war that occurred during the 2nd and 3rd century. The player can choose from a few dozen of varied characters, some of which are well known from the previous entries in the series.

The game, which is a reboot of the whole series, takes place simultaneously in two worlds: the human one and the infernal one. The player is cast in the role of an uncompromising warrior named Dante, whose task is to stop the hordes of demons that made it to the human world through interdimensional portals.
