A science fiction horror adventure game created by Frictional Games, Swedish studio known for such titles as Amnesia: The Dark Descent and the Penumbra series. The game is set in a top-secret research center PATHOS-2, where a series of failed experiments resulted in human-like machines killing off most of the staff and taking over the facility. You play as one of the survivors, who has to safely evade the hostile, machine infested environment.

As the game’s universe draws inspiration from such novels as Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, at the bottom of the ocean you can find bizarre sea monsters, as well as remnants of futuristic buildings and ships. The player assumes the role of a captain of an advanced submarine, and explores the depths of the ocean.

Exploration of the underwater depths is hampered not only by marine predators but also by the need to pay attention to oxygen and compression ratios. Deep Diving Simulator is developed by the Polish studio Jujubee, known from such productions as Kursk or Realpolitiks.

The game focuses on exploration, but the ocean dwellers can attack the protagonist at any given time. The matters are made even worse by the fact that you are constantly running out of oxygen.

During a task for an underwater laboratory, an accident occurs and the hero finds himself abandoned on the ocean floor. He must survive and find a way to escape the trap before his oxygen supply runs out. We explore underwater locations, fighting aggressive animals and solving occasional puzzles.

In Song of the Deep, we assume the role of Merryn, whose father has disappeared during a fishing trip. When one day she has a dream that her father has been imprisoned in the sea depths, the little heroine decides to build a small submarine and embark on a rescue mission.

A futuristic submarine simulator with action elements. It is a sequel to the popular Aquanox series that was released in years 2001-2002. This installment was developed by the Serbian studio Digital Arrow known for InMomentum. The plot of Deep Descent takes place in a world in which due to the pollution of the surface the humanity was forced to move its civilization under water. However, many dangers awaited there, including mutated sea creatures and hostile human factions.
