The story of Batman: Arkham Origins shows the beginning of Batman’s career, taking inspiration from the comic books Batman: Year One and Legends of the Dark Knight. As the protagonist, we face Black Mask and his hired thugs.

In the game we face a gang of villains led by the cunning Joker who, after escaping from the hospital in Arkham, sows fear in the streets of the city. Unlike the fully fledged parts of the cycle, the gameplay focuses entirely on the fight, but implemented in a simplified style.
