The series has been letting the player start as a petty criminal and work his way to the top of the criminal underground. This next part of the series is the biggest one so far, featuring world – the State of San Andreas – almost three times larger than Vice City.

In This is the Police 2 the players assume the role of Lilly Reed – a female sheriff who tries to bring order to the small city of Sharpwood.

A new installment in the bestselling series of action games. The game expands the ideas introduced in the third entry in the franchise, released in 2001. The game was developed by the authors of the previous installments who, after having been bought by the American giant, were transformed into Rockstar North. The game takes place in the 80's in a completely new metropolis called Vice City.

You take on the role of a chief of police who is about to retire. However, instead of safeguarding the law and order, he decides to use his authority and influence to make a fortune. To this end, the protagonist deals with the local representatives of criminal underground, while trying to keep his actions in the dark.

A spin-off to the bestselling Grand Theft Auto series, at first developed for Nintendo DS and PlayStation Portable handhelds and later converted to mobile devices as well. The story takes place in Liberty City, a place well known to the fans of the series. As Huang Lee, member of a Chinese criminal group, the player is trying to prove his worth, avenge the death of his father, and reclaim a valuable sword that for centuries was the symbol of his family’s power.

Published to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the release of GTA III, this compilation includes GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas. These titles put us in the role of aspiring criminals climbing the ranks of the criminal underworld.

Another installment in the controversial series of action games started in 1997. Grand Theft Auto III was developed by the authors of the original game, the DMA Design studio, this time under the wings of Rockstar. The third entry revolutionized the series by unleashing the players into an open, fully three-dimensional world brimming with virtual life. This was possible thanks to the RenderWare technology. The game takes place in Liberty City, a virtual adaptation of New York.

A spin-off to the iconic Grand Theft Auto series. The game was first developed for the PlayStation Portable handheld console. The story of Liberty City Stories takes place a few years before the events shown in GTA3, on the streets of the same metropolis. During the game player becomes Tony Cipriani who after coming to the city is caught up in the dirt of corruption, mafia wars, and drug traffic.

A turn-based strategy set in the Victorian age, created by an independent developer, Tim Conkling. It takes us to a somewhat grotesque version of a British town, based on Charles Dickens’ descriptions, with us playing as a leader of the local thieves’ guild, whose task is to develop his organization and fill its vaults with gold. To achieve this, we must recruit new members to our gang, train them and send on missions like stick-ups, mugging, and assassinations.

A mobile strategy game based on the free-to-play business model, developed by the creators of the Just Cause series. Rumble City takes place in the United States of 60s and tells the story of a motorcycle gang war over the control of the Los Poderosos city. The player acts as the leader of one of those groups, and their task is to rebuild the gang and eliminate the competition. However, game takes this well-known Hollywood trope with a grain of salt.

Yakuza Online is a role-playing game. It enables the players to assume the role of a Japanese gangster who is trying to take control over one of the Tokyo districts. The game revolves around collecting companions, completing tasks, and participating in turn-based battles.

Playing Armed Heist is about the execution of increasingly complex orders - in this way we earn money, which we can spend on the purchase of a better and better arsenal and modifications to the existing guns.

A mobile strategy game based on the Narcos television series. Many characters known from the series appear in the game. Narcos: Cartel Wars is available for free but contains optional microtransactions. Similarly as in the case of the television series, the game takes place in Columbia during the 70s. The player assumes the role of a boss of a small drug cartel and tries to transform it into a powerful criminal empire.

A mobile installment in the series of first-person shooters that is popular on consoles and PCs alike. The title was developed by the creators of the main entries of the PayDay franchise – Overkill Software. PayDay: Crime War focuses on multiplayer – the game’s mainstay is team PvP. One team assumes the role of criminals and the other team assumes the role of a SWAT team. The objective of the former is to perform a robbery while the law enforcers are trying to prevent them from succeeding.

An open world action game developed by Gameloft. The new installment of the Gangstar series takes us to New Orleans, with a mission to take over the local underworld. Similarly to the previous installments, the game is built around the story mode, including various adrenaline-inducing missions, as well as optional side errands. The action is seen from a third person perspective, while our hero can travel on foot, or use one of the numerous cars found in the game.

RPG 07 October 2016

A mobile RPG with strategy game elements that was launched simultaneously with the third major installment of the Mafia action game series. Just like in the latter, the action takes place in the 60s in the fictional version of New Orleans, where we assume the role of an ambitious gang boss whose task is to forge a criminal empire that will control the entire city. Mechanics-wise, Mafia III: Rivals is a battle RPG in which the gameplay boils down to fighting other gangs.

A strategy game in which we play as the boss of one of the gangs and fight for influence in the city. In Mafia City we recruit gangsters and conduct operations against the competition and take over properties to generate profits for us.
