Hitman GO (WP)

A spin-off entry in the popular Hitman franchise, launched in 2000 by Eidos. Hitman GO has been developed for mobile devices and unlike the full-scale games in the series, it combines elements of stealth, turn-based strategy and puzzles. There doesn't feature a storyline, and the gameplay focuses on missions that come down to eliminating certain people according to Agent 47's contract. We play in turns and have to reach a given point in the level unnoticed, and then discreetly eliminate our target while completing various side objectives on the way. The maps are small, and our actions have to be carefully planned to avoid drawing attention. Game is characterized by its unusual visuals; the in-game locations are presented in the form of paper models, with all characters being represented by pawns that resemble board games figurines.
Candy Crush Jelly Saga (WP)

Another installment in the series of casual puzzle games created by King.com. Candy Crush Jelly Saga is based on the popular match-3 mechanics and, similarly to previous installments of the series, features no storyline, focusing entirely on gameplay. The objective of the game is to conquer more than a hundred available levels by creating sets of at least three candies of the same type out of many more shown on the screen. In contrast to most other match-3 games, the levels aren’t randomly generated – instead, each of them is a carefully-planned logical challenge with candies placed in specific places and featuring unique map shapes. The gameplay is more varied thanks to the boss fights, during which the player must complete additional objectives. The game provides also means for competition between friends through internet rankings.
Puzzle Craft 2 (WP)

The game brings a continuation to a series of mobile products developed by ATGames. Puzzle Craft 2 is an original combination of an economic strategy and a match-3 logic game. The game is set in a medieval-like world filled with magic. The player takes on the role of the new leader of a small village in order to transform the place into a prosperous empire. The player takes care of typical, management-related tasks, such as gathering resources, catering for the inhabitants, constructing new buildings or conducting scientific research; one has to manage the finances as well. Obtaining materials is not automatic in this game however - this element is represented by a mini-games based on typical match-3 mechanics. Compared to the original game, the creators introduced a massive number of changes and improvements in Puzzle Craft 2. As a result, the game comes with larger maps, diversified economy, and different environmental circumstances describing particular towns and villages.

A minimalistic logic game developed by the independent studio Polyculture, led by Joel McDonald. Gameplay comes down to trimming a tree branch and shaping it so that it can reach the sunniest spot. To make matters more difficult, you will come across a number of obstacles and dangers, so your priority is the plant’s safety, not its high growth rate. 2D visuals of Prune are kept in a neat, minimalistic style accompanied by calm, ambient music. The title features simple, intuitive controls.

A two-dimensional logic game developed by Polish studio Rainbow Train. The title features a minimalistic style present in graphics, colors and gameplay mechanics. The latter focuses on unraveling twines with hooks at their ends. The presence of hooks forces the players to unravel the lines in right order and to use various switches that change the situation on the map (they can either make the task easier or much more complicated). The developers, Maciej Targoni and Wojciech Wasiak, created 50 challenges with gradually increasing difficulty. Completing the game takes 1-2 hours.
Evolve: Hunters Quest (WP)

A logical match-3 game featuring elements typical for fighting games – Evolve: Hunters Quest, developed by 2K games is a production based on the free-to-play business model with optional microtransactions. A player gets to visit the world known from the PC / Windows and console versions of a popular shooter called Evolve. The plot foundations of the game described herein go in line with its original – a squad of futuristic hunters have to fight beasts inhabiting an alien planet; however, the gameplay mechanics are slightly different. During the missions (there are over 100 of them), a player fights the monsters on maps divided into 56 fields filled with multiple symbols representing attacks and both offensive and defensive actions. A player is tasked with connecting these symbols into groups of three or more. The results of one’s actions can be seen in the 3D preview of the battle. For each victory, a player is awarded a number of experience points that can be spent on developing the hunters and unlocking new abilities for them.
