Strategy game with simulation and tactical elements, produced by Bulgarian studio Haemimont Games (Tzar: Burden of the Crown, Celtic Kings: Rage of War, Tropico 4 and others). The action of Omerta: City of Gangsters was set in the 1920s. Player takes the role of a young immigrant who arrives to Atlantic City with the intention of subjugating the city. The game is about developing criminal empire, including gang management, gaining new territories and expanding your influence.

First major extension to Omerta's gangster economic strategy: City of Gangsters. The Japanese Incentive includes a new fictional campaign that takes place in previously inaccessible areas. In addition, the addition expands the arsenal of weapons, introduces interesting characters, as well as expands the economic layer and improves the AI of enemies.
