Shatter, released on PS3 and PC, is an arcade game that expands the concept of the famous Arkanoid with new options and overcomes all the limitations of that title. The game was developed by Sidhe Interactive.

Mechanics

The basic assumptions of this game are identical to those established in the title from several years ago. Players are given a bat to control, which they have to use to bounce the ball off and break the elements placed on the board. Various special bonuses occasionally fall out of the destroyed blocks - they affect the ball or the bat, making it easier or more difficult to play the game.

Physics play an important role in Shatter. Besides that, the map moves freely. Each broken brick can change the position of the arena and affect the other elements. In addition, every few stages there is a boss, with which the fight takes place in different ways. Often at such moments, the production changes from a classic arcade to a dynamic old-school shooter.

Game modes

The authors have prepared three game modes. In addition to the standard "campaign", there are also: the mode in which we face successive bosses during dynamic clashes and the fight for points with players from all over the world. Sidhe Interactive has also not forgotten about the achievements that users can achieve for adequately high scores.

Shatter is enriched with more than 90 minutes of soundtrack and refined graphics displayed in 60 frames per second. The levels themselves have been prepared in ten different scenes so that the players will not be bored at any time.
