Turtix is the first installment of a series of 2D platformers with a nice turtle in the title role. The game was created by In Images studio in Krakow, known mainly from casual productions commissioned by Play-publishing publishing house (Adventures of the Mouse, Elf: Crazy Adventures and others).

The action of the game is set in a fantastic world, and the title character is one of the students of the School of Magic. Unfortunately, the curious nature of the turtle has caused him a lot of problems. Turtix tried to cast a powerful spell without the care of his teachers. However, he lost control of it, which smashed the powerful amulet that protected the whole country into pieces. This was used by the evil forces who managed to kidnap all the young turtles from the School of Magic. Heros must free his little friends and restore harmony.

The gameplay is maintained in the style of classic 2D platformers. The player observes the action from the side view of the camera. The main task is to go through five vast worlds (levels) jumping on platforms, avoiding traps, fighting with numerous enemies, collecting colored diamonds and releasing the tortoises encountered from the cages.

The game offers three levels of difficulty, which allows you to customize the gameplay according to the player's capabilities. The creators also took care of an intuitively simple control system and tips to make it easier to defeat individual boards.

Turtix's two-dimensional visual setting captivates with its intense colours and beautifully presented animations. The whole aesthetic impressions are complemented by feature interludes in comic form.
