Millennium is another, after Opaline and Dreamscape, cRPG production by the independent studio Aldorlea Games. This time French developers headed by Indina Falls decided to release the game in an episodic form.

Millennium action was set in the fantastic world of Myst. Players direct the actions of Marine, a young girl from the village of Green Grass, who is looking for daredevils able to defeat the lords ruling the city of Mystrock and free the inhabitants from their tyranny. The heroine has only 30 days to complete her task.

The game combines elements of cRPG and adventure game. Each of the five episodes offers from 20 to 40 tasks to complete and provides about 20 hours of fun. The main emphasis was placed on exploring large locations, conversations with independent heroes and fighting. The latter takes place in a turn-based system and the player has to face different types of opponents, including bosses. The experience you gain allows you to increase your psycho-physical attributes and develop your character's skills.

Subsequent episodes, into which the game has been divided, are connected with the main storylines. In addition, the player has the ability to keep some of the equipment acquired in the previous part, and to a limited extent also to continue the development of the character (although in the case of high-level heroes, it may happen that they will be "degraded" at the start).

From the technical side Millennium is based on the possibilities of popular RPG Maker+ technology. Most of the time, the action is presented from a bird's eye view, but there are also scenes shown from a side perspective, just like in classic 2D platforms. Numerous illustrations referring to the manga style attract attention.
