Solidarity: Conspiracy Manager is a joint venture of the National Audiovisual Arts Institute, Gudejko Studio and One2Tribe development studio. The ambition of the creators was to familiarize the players with the historical knowledge related to the activity of the Polish anti-communist underground in the 80s of the last century.

The action of the game was set in a fictional Polish city from the last decade of the People's Republic of Poland. Its area is divided into districts, each of which has one dominant workplace (e.g. mine, shipyard, factory, newspaper editorial office, university). The player plays the role of an anti-communist opposition activist. Its task is to recruit employees to the underground network and organize with their help protest actions aimed at winning the sympathy of the society and encouraging the authorities to negotiate on political changes.

Game creators have prepared a series of feature missions, which are supposed to bring players closer to the reality of the end of the communist era. Apart from historical facts connected with martial law in Poland, Solidarity: The Manager of the Underground also contains a lot of humorous accents taken from cult comedies and television series from that time.

In the technical layer, the game takes advantage of the capabilities of the popular Unity 3D engine. Character models with disproportionately large heads are a clear reference to popular casual productions (e.g. FarmVille), as well as console avatars.

Note: the game is distributed on a free-to-play basis. This means that in Solidarity: Manager of the Underground you can play for free. However, some options and facilities may require a small fee.
