Dora the Explorer: Dora Saves the Mermaids

Terracon is an three-dimensional action game combining platform, arcade, and shooter elements. The game tells the story of a representative of an alien civilization who visits successive planets of the Solar System as part of a mission crucial for the fate of his civilization.

Story

Representatives of the alien Plutonian race face the problem of overpopulation of their home planet. The only salvation for their civilization is to make the remaining celestial bodies of the Solar System fit for habitation. To this end, the Terracon project is launched, in which AI, with the help of machines, is to deal with the terraforming of subsequent planets. The mission ends in success. But when the Plutonians discover that the supercomputer has gained consciousness, they decide to turn it off. However, it rebels against them. Now the fate of the whole civilization lies in the hands of Xed, who must collect the codes activating the defense systems of individual planets in order to use them against the AI who wants to take over the Solar System.

Mechanics

Terracon is a three-dimensional TPP action game. The protagonist visits different planets, trying to get the necessary codes to activate the defense systems. In order to do so, he has to conquer dozens of arcade challenges, eliminate all the enemies, as well as find and collect the necessary items. In the game, there are several different types of collectibles - some of them are necessary for successful completion of maps, others open access to closed level sections and enable us to increase Xed's skills.

The fun is diversified by a variety of additional goals. Some maps have a time limit, while others enable us to control a flying combat fighter or can sit at the controls of sentry towers to repel enemy attacks.

Technical aspects

Picture House's game is distinguished by a variety of level design and detailed 3D character models. Comic book-like style and post-apocalyptic motifs distinguish the game from its competitors.
