Final Fantasy Explorers is an action RPG developed by Square Enix for Nintendo 3DS. In 2014 the game debuted only in Japan. Good sales caused the developers to release this interesting action-based spin-off of Final Fantasy series in United States and Europe in June 2015.
The story focuses on the titular group of explorers who are trying to find all hidden diamonds that are part of the Grand Crystal. The game is a hybrid of Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles form 2004 and the Monster Hunter series. The title features an action-filled singleplayer mode and the option to play online for up to four players.
The developers made sure that the game wouldn’t bore the players. Final Fantasy Explorers for Nintendo 3DS features many quests, various monsters from the Final Fantasy series, twenty playable characters (including a knight, a monk, a black or a white mage), variety of additional equipment, various classes and skills that can be used during the game.
All of that is supplemented with nice, colorful graphics that both fans of the genre and mobile games should like.
