Farming Simulator for PS Vita is the next installment of the extremely popular series of farming games, which was born on PCs. Titles from the series enjoy an unwavering interest of loyal fans, who ensure high sales results for the developers. The publisher of the game is the German studio Giants Software. The title is a slightly improved version of Farming Simulator, which appeared on mobile devices running iOS and Android.

During the game, which is based on the career mode, we play the role of a beginner farmer, who has limited resources for the development of their business. During the game, we prepare and fertilize fields where we plant one of the three available plant species (corn, rapeseed, and wheat). All work is done with the help of equipment and vehicles, such as combine harvesters and tractors, created by authentic and licensed manufacturers. The action is observed from the isometric view, and we are able to rotate the camera freely. The gameplay is played on a map with many separate arable areas and farm buildings. Thanks to the funds earned from the sale of crops, we can buy new land and expand our machine park. The title also has a day and night cycle. In addition to the usual farm activities, from time to time we will also be asked to complete additional missions commissioned by residents of a nearby village (this option can be turned off). These mini-exercises can consist of, for example, an attempt to catch crop thieves, etc. and we are rewarded for them with an injection of useful funds.

Farming Simulator has no multiplayer mode and focuses only on solo fun. The visuals of the game are mediocre, as the have been ported directly from the mobile version. We see inaccurate 3D models and fuzzy textures that don't use the console's potential.
