NPPL Championship Paintball 2009 is a sports game in which a player can take part in virtual paintball competitions. The simulation was produced by Activision with the professional support of the NPPL organization, one of the two professional American paintball leagues.

Game modes

NPPL Championship Paintball 2009 takes place on fields prepared by the developers, but nothing stands in the way of us trying to create our locations. We can do that by using an extensive level editor. The player can decide not only about the size of the pitch but also about the number of obstacles and covers, as well as the starting places for the competing teams. Battles can be fought in several different ways. As in the case of the player-made maps, the rules of fights can be decided by the player.

One of the most interesting options is the ability to outline and implement a complex strategy and tactics. The player can delegate tasks to each member of the team so that they can prepare extensive actions that can lead to a spectacular victory. To succeed, however, you will need to beat your opponents in 35 paintball tournaments. Victories reward us with virtual money. You can spend them on various types of accessories, which can improve the team's performance. These include new weapons, goggles, helmets, shoes, etc.

Technical aspects

NPPL Championship Paintball 2009 also allows you to play matches in multiplayer mode. Up to four players can take part in one fight. The game is accompanied by three-dimensional graphics and a dynamic soundtrack.
