The Tower SP is a strategy and economic game, de facto belonging to the same series as the memorable book SimTower: The Vertical Empire, published in the mid-1990s and dedicated to personal computers. This title was prepared exclusively for the pocket-sized Game Boy Advance console by the Japanese company Vivarium (Yoot Saito and the company), which became famous in 2000 for its innovative product called Seaman for the Dreamcast platform.

Far-eastern developers have set us the task of building a skyscraper that deserves to be called a five-star building. Therefore, we have to place flats, offices, restaurants, elevators, saunas, shops, cinemas, etc. on each floor. Of course, it is also necessary to decide how much the client is to pay for the use of a given premises (e.g. apartment), because the virtual budget should be regularly credited with the appropriate amount of money. It is necessary to skillfully balance on a thin line of optimal behaviour and to always be careful not to suffer a shameful failure, for example, due to mass discontent of tenants, resulting from too high rents or disorder.

In order to make it even more difficult for us to do business, various random events have also been implemented, i.e. suddenly exploding fires, rapidly spreading cockroaches, etc. The occurrence of such unpleasant accidents definitely limits the payment of the relevant services dealing with the elimination of potential hazards. On the other hand, the elegant two-dimensional visual setting not only gives an excellent overview of the situation prevailing in our high-rise building, but also allows you to easily analyze statistics, read emerging messages, etc. The design of the building is based on the fact that it can be used in the construction of the building, as well as in the construction of the building.
