Driver 76 is the first Driver game dedicated to PlayStation Portable. Its owners can now try out dynamic car and motorbike pursuits, explore a virtual city on foot, shoot various weapons and do much more.

As the title suggests, the game is set in 1976, two years before Driver: Parallel Lines. Therefore, the portable Driver is a prequel to that game, throwing you into the big-city jungle of New York with nearly 30 new complex missions available exclusively on PSP. The virtual metropolis is full of locations modeled after real-life places – e.g. you can visit Time Square. The creators also prepared ear-catching soundtrack based on 1970’s hits.

Missions are grouped into six story chapters offering great fun in single player mode. The money you earn there can be spent on customizing cars in your virtual garage to really interesting effects, in terms of both appearance and performance (more maximum speed, more endurance, etc). The developers also prepared multiplayer mode with different game modes (e.g. street races, Destruction Derby). Moreover, you can download various extras from the Internet (e.g. car color patterns).
